We’re a dedicated landscaping company serving residential clients in Wilton and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a motivated landscaper—whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned pro—to join our friendly, hard-working team.

Position Overview

As a landscaper, you’ll install and maintain lawns and gardens. This is a hands-on role that blends physical labor with attention to detail and client interaction. You’ll work closely with crew members to ensure high-quality results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lawn & Garden Maintenance: Mow, edge, trim, rake, weed, mulch, and fertilize lawns and landscape beds

• Plant Installation & Care: Plant flowers, shrubs, trees

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment; perform basic tool upkeep

• Site Preparation & Cleanup: Load/unload trucks, haul materials (soil, mulch), clean debris, prep for mulch/soil delivery

• Seasonal Services: Support spring/fall cleanups and optional snow removal during winter

Work Schedule

• Duration: Part‑time (flexible hours) or Full‑time (40+ hrs/week)

• Shift: Typically early mornings through afternoons

• Seasonal variances: Work during Spring, Summer, and Fall

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly; comfortable with physical outdoor work

• Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with landscaping tools and machinery (mowers, blowers, trimmers) a plus

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• 1–2 years of related experience (groundskeeping, full landscape projects)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and client communication

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

• Fully outdoor role, in varied weather (sun, rain)

• Requires stamina: standing, bending, lifting, manual tools—wearing protective gear when needed

• Safety-conscious: PPE for loud equipment
